SHALL THE NORTH FORK POOL, PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT TAXES BE INCREASED BY $128,305 AND BY WHATEVER AMOUNTS ANNUALLY THEREAFTER DERIVED FROM AN ADDITIONAL MILL LEVY OF 1.607 MILLS UPON TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE DISTRICT, FOR A TOTAL OF 2.5 MILLS BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2019, TO FUND, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND PROVIDE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, FACILITIES, SERVICES AND PROGRAMS WITHIN THE DISTRICT AND THEREAFTER SHALL THE DISTRICT, EACH YEAR, BE AUTHORIZED TO COLLECT, RETAIN AND EXPEND REVENUES GENERATED FROM THAT MILL LEVY AND FROM ANY SOURCE IN 2019 AND EACH YEAR THEREAFTER, NOTWITHSTANDING THE LIMITATIONS IN ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF THE COLORADO CONSTITUTION, SECTION 29-1-301 OF THE COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, OR ANY OTHER COLORADO LAW?
