Bridge Street, Hotchkiss, Colorado 81419, and identified as Delta County Assessor parcel no. 324330309009 for an amount not less than one hundred sixty-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($168,500) with the terms of such sale subject to approval of the majority vote of the voting members of the Board of Trustees?
