Summary

Shall Delta County School District 50J taxes be increased by an estimated $576,000 in 2020 and whatever amounts as may be generated annually thereafter by a mill levy override of 1.5 mills, for a limited eight-year period commencing in collection year 2020 and ending in collection year 2028, with the monies from such override to be deposited in to the general fund of the district and used for the district's student transportation needs, including: replacing and maintaining the district's outdated bus fleet and shall such tax increase be an additional property tax mill levy in excess of the levy authorized for the district's general fund, pursuant to and in accordance with Section 22-54-108, C.R.S.; subject to state laws, regulations and district policies for accountability and transparency, and shall the district be authorized to collect, retain and spend all revenues from such taxes and the earnings from the investment of such revenues as a voter approved revenue change under Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution?
